1. What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of $7.95, no matter what size of order.

2. How soon will my order ship?

Most orders will ship within a week. If there is a backorder, we will contact you regarding when the order will ship.

3. Can I have my order sent to a different address?

Yes. When you place your order, there will be a message box asking if the order will be shipped to a different address. Enter the address there.

4. What if I am not happy with the items I receive?

Contact us by e-mail or phone and we will work with you until you are happy. Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Natural Havens.
